My students always find it very useful when we learn new expressions like: 'Please find attached', 'To whom it may concern', 'Looking forward to hearing from you', because at school they're only taught the basic expressions like 'dear sir or madame', 'yours sincerely' etc:)

My teacher told me that the word ' hesitate' is a redundant word and old-fashioned English. Just say 'If you have any questions, please contact me by....' Keep it simple when we write especially when writing email. Thanks for the lecture. I do like watching your videos. :)

Thank you! I think I'm pretty good with writing to the point emails but it's still a very intimidating task for me to do because I feel like there's just such a high demand for everything to be absolutely perfect with the stakes being even higher when you are talking to strangers. This is great for relieving some of that stress, I appreciate it!!

"look forward to" is an expression that Always is followed by a GERUND. This is an expression that you can use when you wait something because you want that thing happen. For example: I am looking forward to talking with you. It is also used to formal letters to be polite: I am looking forward to hearing from you. Just remember after the expression "looking forward to" the verb that follow it is always a Gerund.

Yes, it makes sense. For instance if someone send an email only to you and you want to share that information with your boss you can say: I'm forwarding this email to you in order to let you know about this report. Or just you can forward the email and write FYI (For your information) Best!
