My girlfriend and I lived in Danang for 3 months just before Covid hit, and we lived on 17,000,000 Dong a month. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Landmark 81 is not the tallest building in Southeast Asia. Merdeka 118 tops out at 678.9 metres, grabbing the title of Southeast Asia’s tallest building from Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City - a mere 461.2 metres high.

Nếu bạn có một công việc làm từ xa, không bó buộc một chỗ, thì Việt Nam là lựa chọn tốt để sinh sống lâu dài. Chi phí thấp, cơ sở vật chất tốt (không gian làm việc, nơi ở, thực phẩm, an ninh, internet... ) ngoại trừ giao thông.

Wow! Coffee and tea for that much. They'd charge at least 6 or 7 USD in Mexico for that.

This video is accurate but leaves out an important issue which is fees spent on documents/work permits/visas--even "exit visas" just to leave after ending a temporary residence card can be in the neighborhood of a thousand dollars, without ever overstaying. Overall, it's still mad cheap. But those moving here without a dime should be aware of "startup" costs because the document process does get very costly, and in most cases, jobs reimburse you later. It's not the beer here or coffee there or the com tam that burns through the money, it's the docs you need to get set up. Again, it's still cheap and you should still come, but I'd be aware of this.

I'm surprised coffee in Vietnam isn't cheap.

Is it really 25 hours a week because I saw another youtuber stays in the school and pretty much has a 12 hour day
@ninja.teacher Жыл бұрын
At most schools you don’t have to stay at school when you’re not teaching. 18 - 22 hours teaching hours per week is considered full time in Vietnam at English centers.

I know this is off-topic...but have you heard of any citizens suffering from long term side effects from COVID-19 vaccines? Were seeing a lot of heart related issues here in the states.

Many Vietnamese report having less long term memory from the vaccines. But Vietnam got several international varieties not just the sh** from the US.

Hey just so you know bro, if you're going to use American currency you need to write 50 cents, or .50 not 0.5. Looks weird as hell. You can do whatever you want with other money but as an American I'm just telling you what's up

Stop with these aberrations, nowhere in Vietnam you can drink a coffee for 15,000d, maybe in the most miserable place but not even there. I live in Hanoi, I have walked everywhere in this country. Please stop these videos just to have followers you are only telling lies..
