With all of that though, follow your gut. your gut is telling you that something isn't right and it's telling you that this could or is happening, therefore listen to it. Just Free yourself from all of it! Run and don't look back. Go 100% no contact. The mental and emotional abuse is not okay at all! Do not bring anything up to her. Don't try to rationalize or have a conversation about anything. Don't let her know that you know she's in narcissist. All of that can cause a narcissistic rage. If you have not yet witnessed one of those just trust me that you don't want to! A narcissistic rage is beyond any rage I have ever seen or witnessed in my entire life. I am an army combat veteran and served front lines for a year and afghanistan. I have abuse going back from as long as I can remember, the first time in my personal memory is 2 years old. With everything I have been involved in, and my rape, other sexual abuse, their physical abuse, etc in narcissistic rage is by far the worst! If you need to contact your local police department and start a new contact order. No one can protect you like you can! free yourself from it all and move forward in your life. The minute you run and go no contact is the minute your life begins again. If need be seek out professional help. Therapy is the best thing I did for myself. The best gift I gave to me! The abuse is so deep and overwhelming that having a professional guide you through the steps of the healing process is extremely beneficial! Just remember, there is great strength in asking for help. I also had a dream like that last night, It didn't say anything just stared at me, I said "I bind you in the name of jesus" then I woke up. Then when I woke up I asked God "if that wasn't of you please blind deafen and mute it for 100 years." This is insane, that 3 of us had the same dream, I don't think this was sent by the narc, I think the one we saw is a demon that preys on abuse survivors. Regardless the one that bothered me is going to be stumbling around blind death and mute for 100 years

@fahimashuma I don't know about the moon, but my daughter told me the day after it happened that she often had trouble sleeping in her room because she felt like someone evil was watching her. That night, she prayed and praised the Lord until she felt it leave. My husband built the house new for us on a farmer's field, so there was no bad history. The only thing is that several years ago, the covert narcissist spent several nights with us to help take care of things(relative), and that is when my daughter started feeling something off in her room.

The trauma nightmares continue for me because of the trauma caused by the discard. The spiritual nightmares that wake me up between 2am and 4am definitely come from others bringing up the narcissist in flashing golden lights. It lets me know that the flying monkeys and enablers of the narcissist must also be avoided for the opportunity of spiritual growth.

Excellent advice! Nothing is vague. It covers the 5 W bases: who, what, when, why & where. It gives the brain instructions to complete the task. I have read that the instructions to the brain will get sabotaged if anyone thinks about what is wanted to take place, & then thinks about it is GOING to happen. (BIG MISTAKE!) The brain will not cooperate on the task because it has been informed that the change will take place in the future. I think this is true. I think your advice is excellent because it feeds the brain info to acknowledge the task is done. I am not a professional. I am a basket case with severe damage from narcisstic abuse. I am very analytical, and I try to find ways to clear the damage. I think of ways such as writing songs & singing the songs to clear the abuse. Etc.

They deliberately emotionally abandon you to cause you injury and make you fawn after them as an anxious survival response. Trying to reestablish your own life and your own personality after many years with a covert narcissist is extremely difficult. I only have vague memories of who I used to be.i can’t be her again after years of passive aggressive mind games, continuous lies,and watching him be so wonderful to everyone else. They will help a stranger when you need help, their tantrums are always your fault, and you walk on egg shells everyday not having a clue what will set them off. I have watched him turn my own children against me with his lies, just because I was closer to them and he resented it. I have no friends left anymore. He would sabotage all contact with them. Sounds impossible? I wish. I don’t know who I am anymore, and I can’t possibly undo all the damage he has done. Buti know one thing for sure, I will find part of myself he hasn’t destroyed, hold my head up high,and not say a bad word about him. Because no one would believe it anyway, and I don’t want the bitterness he has left in me to control me.

2:02 Vivid dreams means clear dreams. I always dream of a narc brother with me. Long ago i dreamt 4 narc bros and the narc sister were standing around me about 10 m away watching me like vultures. What you say sounds like a spooky movie, but I have experienced it myself over decades. Vivid dreams of trying to avoid a certain person even though I succeed well while awake. There is an unusual darkness in the dreams whatever that means. I haven’t had the dreams in over a year now. In some of the dreams an encouraging thing happens because I encounter them, confront them, and tell them firmly that they are self destroying (I think out of generosity on my part to warn them), and I tell them I don’t want to see them again and to stay away. I find they can't harm me because their spirit is weak. I wake up feeling strong although I would rather not have the dreams to begin with.

THAT WAS THE TRUTH COMING TO VISIT ME. ❤ HE MARRIED MY COUSIN YEARS LATER, SO THAT I WOULD ALWAYS KNOW THAT HE WAS LURKING, AT YEARLY, SUMMER FAMILY REUNIONS. THEY BOTH FLEW 8000 MILES TO STALK ME AND NEVER SAID HELLO, BUT BOTH JUST DID THE GRIN, IN A CITY BUS NEAR TO MY HOUSE, TO SHOW ME THEIR POWER. I had a small cat on my porch last week. I said hi and it meowed. So I asked was it okay and that I didn't have food. I just talked to it nicely it tried to come through the screen door ( not in a mean way) I politely said I'm sorry i can't let you in.
