I love decorating my home! As I do, I enjoy taking you with me on my journey to shop at thrift and antique stores to find new treasures. Life is too short not to enjoy simple things. May it be a little teacup or an ornate wooden candlestick. These things, over time, have designed that dreamy old-world look I've always wanted. Thank you, my friend, for following along.

I love all of your furniture, especially the couches! Both are gorgeous❤ My old granny had a red one when i was a little girl and i always said i wanted one like that when i grew up!😊 All I've ever saw were really pricey! Just yesterday I saw a stunning white one on FB marketplace, but as across the top of the back had a large ornately carved wood piece and on the arms had ornate carved pieces. I know it was worth the price the were asking & more, but i just can't do anything right now. I'm hoping once we find our own place & things settle down I'll get lucky enough to find another one at that price or even better😁 I love your hutch & buffet, beautifully decorated! And love what you did with the buffet😊 Obsessed with the blue velvet chair..i just have a thing for wood chairs, and that is really an awesome one! I'd love to have an entire living room set to match it, wouldn't that be gorgeous?! You really got A steal on it! The dresser is also stunning! Love the chandelier & the chandelier lamp.❤ I collect old lamps, i did find a cherub one similar to yours but its made of a different material, its almost like a stone or resin 🤷‍♀️ and she's a creamy color. There's A little damage at the top and it no longer works, but i put a crystal beaded shade on her and she's still beautiful used for decor. The candelabras are also very beautiful, as well as the candle sticks. I do have several lamps with crystal shades or globes that I've collected. I love all of your art❤ The Victorian or regency era art is my very favorite to collect.. the women were so elegant & beautifully dressed, the men were handsomely dressed as well, and the babies & children were just adorable, their little clothing so sweet😊 I don't know if I've ever saw a piece i didn't like! And when their in chunky ornate frames.. ahhh just too gorgeous! Lol my adjectives are on repeat😄 I have several coffee table books, a couple by Currier & Ives, several that have beautiful pictures from the Victorian/regency era and i mainly got them for having the pictures to frame.. but i still didplay the books of course. Norman Rockwell also has some beautiful victorian pictures. I also love old photos or painted photos. I do have some floral and landscape prints, i do love that type of art also.. but I'm more picky about it. I'm planning to eventually do a plate wall soon as i can collect at least one piece of each color of transfer ware, plates, saucers & platters. I think the flow blue is very pretty! I want a hutch so i can fill it with ironstone😄 I would love to find an old fiddle or violin, such a beautiful instrument. I had a friend that loved them, he passed about 8yrs ago so i also think of him when i see one. I've told you many times i love your home, its gorgeous, love a your pieces & collections, how everything is decorated.. a the things. But I never get tired of looking at it!!
