5 Ways to Be Productive in Times of Lethargy & Laziness | Ustaadh Abu Taymiyyah

The lines of poetry were from our shaykh Aamir Bahjat - May Allah preserve him, as I was once walking with him to the car park underground the haram, a brother asked him for what to do when feeling lethargic, so he mentioned these lines of poetry that he authored ✍️.
وخمسةٌ علاجُ ضعفِ الهمهْ
(١)قرَاءةٌ فِيْ سيَرِ الأئَمهْ
(٢)ِِوذكْرُ فَضْلِ العلم والتعلُّم
(٣)ِوَصُحبةُ الطُّلابِ أَهْلِ الهِمَم
(٤)ونقلةُ المَلولِ مِن صِنْفٍ إلى
آخرَ فيْما نفعُهُ قد حَصَلا
لكَيْ تَعُودَ نفسُه مُشْتَاقَهْ
(٥) وعَدمُ التَّحْمِيلِ فَوقَ الطَّاقَهْ
