Can I use my GoXLR Mini with my Schiit Full 4 amp/DAC? Would I plug my headset (with mic) into the Fulla and then use the Fulla line out to plug into the GoXLR line in? Will my mic work if I do this?

Just subbed, thank you! I have the Elgato HD60s currently and stream through OBS with my Xbox Series X. I want to be able to talk to in-game chatters like Call of Duty proximity chat. Do I just need the extractor for this to pair with the GoXLR? How would I run my cabling? Thank you!

You need to run an audio cable from the line out to your controller and route the voice chat there. Since the controller is expecting a headset, you need a splitter for the controller

You are talking about two different audio path. For game sound to stream what you are saying is correct. Don’t forget the optical cable from the extractor to the GOXLR For people in game to hear you it’s goxlr line out to adapter to controller

@@PixelBeard right now I have everything working perfectly without the extractor, optical, and the AUX cable besides the in game chat. That’s what I want lol! So the only hardware I’d need is the extractor box, optical cable, and single AUX cable? Could I use the one that came with my Xbox headset since it’s single post to a splitter? I’m trying to make a purchase today and making sure I have everything in my cart. I appreciate the fast replies!

If you have everything working the way you need and only want people in game to hear you, you do not need the extractor. The extractor is to control the game audio with your goXLR. For people to hear you you need to connect the line out from the goxlr to your controller

@@PixelBeard Sry to bother u again but i need your advice one more time. I plugged in the Optical Cable to the Extractor. From Monitor i plugged in the HDMi into the HDMI IN of the Extractor. Other Side just plugged in another HDMI Cable into the HDMI OUT of the Extractor which is connected to the Xbox. Within the Settings of the Xbox i had to check "Using the HDMI audio headset" to get Stereo Sound back. So far so fine. BUT.... i cant use the Xbox Chat... If i join a Xbox Party Chat i'll get a yellow signed attention message "Cannot find a microphone for this person" - On Go XLR i have my XLR Mic as before too - How can i use my XLR Mix connected to the Go XLR with the XBox Chat? Do have any help for me pls?! Appreciated

Hi, I need to confirm how you connected your cable. Follow this, Xbox HDMI OUT is connected to , Audio Extractor HDMI IN | Audio extractor HDMI OUT is connected to Screen HDMI IN Audio extractor optical OUT is connected to GO XLR Optical port GOXLR 3.5mm line out is connected to CTIA adaptor microphone port CTIA adaptor is connected to controller Headphone connected to GOXLR headphone port. In the goxlr software make sure you have microphone checked in the line out command

Hola Amigo. Hope u may help with another prob. I did a fresh reinstall of my Laptop and had to setup everything again. If i route my PCs Spotify into Xbox Series X Chat now, using the GO XLR Music Route my mates telling me, if i stop to speak, the musik gets loud as F**K - Maybe i missed something but i dont get where and why that comes from.... YOu may know where that is form?! Thx a lot

Does it fix it when you lower the volume? They will hear it as much as you so maybe raise your monitoring and lower the music volume.

@@PixelBeard Hey. On Go XLR the Volume is at 10% - So its just a Background Sound. Only in Windows the Volume is on 100 but with XBox One and optical only it was the way to lower the Slider on Go XLR will lower the Music in Chat too

Try the other way around. Your headphone on XLR higher and lower the slider for the Xbox and music

@@PixelBeard Well dont get it - One Mate told me in the beginning all is fine but the sound is getting louder. So, its not Loud from the beginning its getting louder and louder. WTH is that?! btw. The music can only be heard from a certain volume. Seems like the NoiseGate from the microphone is working here. AT the End, btw, the Music has the Same Level as my Voice..... I am using the Routing u have in your Video
