FYI - not trying to knock your friend, but Napoleon Hill wrote a book in 1960 titled, “Success through a Positive Mental Attitude.” There’s a ton of gems in there, including Benjamin Franklins list of 13 principles he made and used in his life on page 147.

Bedros, As a combat veteran I have found very few people in this world that I have very much respect for. You my friend are one of them. Thanks for being a voice of reason and helping me realize no matter how hard we think we are we can always improve. Thanks for helping me realize I dont need alcohol or drugs to help me deal with what I have seen and done. I just need to constantly try to improve. Keep up the great work brother, the world is a better place because of men like you.

Goodness! Again! As a homeless kid drifter raised on fast food and violence by a transient hooker. As a grown man with a family and multiple companies. As a reformed bad boy turned personal development coach and successful millionaire. As someone who has spent close to 100,000 hours self educating and absorbing personal development and spiritual content. As a man who wakes at 4am for a one hour stretch, one hour lifting, two hour sauna meditation session. As a man who runs 20-35 miles per week. I bow to your delivery of truth. I just found your show. I love it. You’re the man, Bedros. Get ahold of me and interview me. I’m perfect material for serving as a guest. I’ll pay my own way. 27 years of sales and marketing here. Public speaking here. Bedros, thank you again for teaching us such an underlying message about ALL OF LIFE: That wherever we are today is an expression of the decisions we made in the past. Whether we're rich/poor, happy/sad, healthy/unhealthy, I love it. Personal responsibility might just be the most powerful tool we have access to as people looking to achieve big things in our lives. For exmaple: Even if you were late to work becasue of traffic, you made the decision to not get up and leave an HOUR earlier, just in case. This might seem crazy to some people, but its about realizing that there is always SOME WAY you can impact what you get in life. Thanks again, brother!

Been listening to your podcast religiously since a friend of mine sent me one back in April. Been meaning to leave a comment for a while now, but I usually listen while I'm driving and I don't wanna be messing around with my phone while I am on the road. I drive 2 hours to and from work each day for a total of 4 hours a day. On the way home, I stop by the gym and workout for about an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours Mon-Fri. I just recently completed my 6 weeks training for the 26.2 and gonna run the 26.2 on Saturday July 29. Listening to you has made me see so many parallels in our lives minus the success in my life. Compared to where I have come from, I have done fairly well for myself, but that is no longer acceptable to me. I know I am meant for more, and your podcast is inching me towards my purpose in life. I have recently secured all my travel arrangements for Bedros Keuilian Live. I am not making an obscene amount of money. I am getting by but am determined to be better than what I am. So I figured out how to come up with the $ to get my general admission ticket, book my rental car, airfare, and hotel. I am from Texas, and a real Texan doesn't make excuses for not doing something. We figure out a way to make it happen. Looking forward to September 8 and 9.

I never thought success and a healthy family life was in my cards. I'm so sick of lying to myself and I want life to change. I am part of a group doing the 6 week challenge and this is day 3. I would just like to share one incident that took place as recently as yesterday afternoon. I've been struggling with serious concentration problems and anger and have in recent months been suspecting that I might have ADHD. I did the ADHD tests and talked to a therapist and none of the symptoms of the disorder fit me, so my social worker/therapist ruled out the possibility of my having ADHD. Yesterday -- remember, after literally YEARS of not being able to concentrate because of past memories and traumas that would trigger me and almost cause me to have full-blown fits in the middle of the streets while sitting there all alone -- I had the insight that my problem this whole time was that I was actually getting worked up and emotional over the actions of people who really did not matter at all. People whose opinions mean nothing and whose approval is as worthless as their criticism were the people that I allowed to have control over my life to the point of disrupting my personal and professional life. The moment that insight hit me I could feel years of anger and pain just eroding inside of me and leaving my system in realtime. The same online course that I was studying with great difficulties just seconds before the insight and which I had to rewind and listen to the words of the lecture five or six times before being able to even hear the words suddenly became trivial and I could take in every word on the first try. I don't know how to explain this, but most of you are probably walking around with anger, resentment, and/or trauma without even knowing it and it's affecting your lives. I have wasted years of my life having internal and sometimes external outbursts on friends and family and losing jobs and opportunities because of my lack of focus which stemmed from internal dialogue and arguments with people who not only existed in the real world but whose opinions didn't even matter. And it took one single insight for all that to erode within seconds. A full day has passed since and I'm experiencing life and reality like I did when I was a child -- with no anger or hatred in my heart and with full enjoyment in everything that I do even if it may appear trivial like cleaning the house or having a meal. I look forward to the future.

Bedros we need you to talk about how to be charismatic men?
@smokingcrab2290
@smokingcrab2290 Жыл бұрын
In order to be charismatic you need to be genuinely happy. This comes from lots of factors. You need to be 100% comfortable in your own skin and glad to be who you are. 100% okay with yourself knowing you're always in the right with everything you do. Otherwise, you can't be charismatic because you're not okay with yourself. Charisma comes from an overflow of confidence and joy in yourself. If you don't have those things you'll be forced to fake it. And faking it is possible but it takes a LOT of energy. I used to fake it and it worked but I just got so tired of faking it.

I appreciate all your videos, I go to the gym 6 days a week so I don’t struggle with fitness at all. But you have helped me stop drinking. I had to let go of my vices, appreciate you brother Merry Christmas 🎁
