Alan u are the only honest real estate agent. Every other agent try to convince people buy pte as first property. Say bto must wait ten years, lose out on capital appreciation of Pte property…. But in truth is if budget not good as 20 plus year old, then should just Actualise profits of first bto, only move to Pte as second property

How about new (1 to 2yrs old) resale projects city fringe but costly eg 2b2b at 2300psf and higher? Should folks completely avoid them even if good location beside mrt?

@@lidna82 panorama, ki residence, jadescape, Florence residences. All these started with poor sales on launch day but became quite profitable in resale/subsale.

Singapore Economy very Strong and we attract the world best talents and job market is very Strong also. Holding properties sure HUAT HUAT just a matter of time. We won't be like china or Hong Kong where the property prices nosedive so much lar. Don't worry be happy.

Many millionaires from China HK Macau and TW and moving to Singapore. The bull market will continue for another few years. But price of many project have risen by 40-60%. Will be hard to invest.
