Is dark mode really better for the eyes? I know you have video about this but still didn’t have a clear answer which is better for the eyes.

Hello, would you like to make a clip about adult-onset myopia, i wonder why many people have onset at young adult and some still progress until their 30+.

Why does being outside help? Is it because we can focus more on things that are far away? Can I just look out of a window more instead?
@AntonioTheOptom7 ай бұрын
It’s the luminance levels and how our pupils constrict when exposed to bright environments. In other words just physically being outside is the best no matter what task you are doing. You can read more on “peripheral defocus” if you’d like to understand the theory behind it!

So I dont have a microwave now or even a compress... Would a hot spoon fresh from hot water from the thermos be alright? And then let it stay there for 5 mins.(I'd meditate for 5 mins while waiting)... Would that bw ok for now? Thanks

If the lenses that were ordered with my glasses have a different prescription than the one given by the doctor, that should be the reason why i cannot see properly with my new glasses even after 3 days? for example SPH by the doctor is +1.5 and the ordered lenses are SPH - 1.25

Talk to the lab that made your glasses. Your doctor is a different doctor than an optometrist. They are an ophthalmologist, and simply writes the Rx differently.
