What is a canopie? Or how you spell it?

It's spelled as "canopy." It is the upper portion of the tree which is formed by other surrounding trees crown

A tree's canopy is the total expanse of it's foliage cover. Canopy is also used for an umbrella-like shade cover held aloft of protruding from a wall.
