Idk if you’ve made videos but can you show releases on man coverage when they’re stacked right in front of you?
@firstdowntraining7 ай бұрын
Yeah absolutely, will post a video on that next week!

Hey coach, on my release or on cuts at the top of my route I have trouble with my arms and it looks kinda wonky, could you make a video breaking down good form for that?

Yessir absolutely- thank you for the feedback! I really appreciate it

Hey coach! May sound like a dumb question, but I’m curious what the general plan is for db’s head up in man (press or off). What is the goal of the receiver? I notice when talking about inside/outside shade DBs the theme is to attack leverage first and then work to your break after that. What would the plan be in general for a receiver going against head up man?

So I would say when he’s head up you want to release whichever is most comfortable to the route. I always say you want to release opposite of his leverage, regardless if it’s an inside breaking or outside breaking route, BUT if it’s head up and let’s say you have a post, an inside release is always best and easier to do so that’s what I recommend unless he jumps inside and takes it

@@firstdowntraining oh so it’s really that simple! Thank you so much! I face head up man a lot and was having trouble exposing it because I would never see it on your IQ vids! Appreciate the help my man!
