It actually does cut the slats, it's kicks the crap out of them, it doesn't cut all the way through until you run over the same exact place many times.

@torchmatedotcom - why do you power coat the slats? They would fill with plasma dust (or become cut and damaged by the arc) in a shorter time it will rust.

@counterjb - Dependiendo del controlador de la maquina, este - al encenderla por primera vez - toma sentido de donde esta colocado, y - al mover tu el carro en cualquier direccion - toma cuenta de los dos parametros x, y, y cuando mueves el carro a donde has colocado tu plancha de metal. empieza a "contar" las movidas desde esa posicion.

Can this machine cut holes on each side of 1.5" x 1" rectangular carbon tubing, then cut the tubing into 3" sections. You would have to turn the tubing three times. Can the cutting head move up more than 1.5". Regards Randy

Thanks for the reply. On the table machine in the video, with 1.5" x 1" rectangular tubing laid side by side the size of a 4' x 8' sheet, could it cut the holes on one side, then manually rotate the tubing three more times to cut the holes desired on the other sides ? Regards Randy

It does cut into the support bars slightly but they can be easily replaced after they get too burned up however they do last a long time.
