I was one of the people who requested a hair care video and I want to say thanks for making it. It was informative and gave different information than what I have seen on other videos. I had no idea soursop leaves were good for hair. I have the same brand you have and have just made tea out of it but it's good to know it has other benefits than what I was drinking it for. Thanks again, man! Looking forward to your next vid! Peace.

Thank you for this video. Two takeaways: 1. I need to leave my hair the heck alone. After moisturizing, I am tempted to style it. And most times it’s in a tight style. This is my only set of Locs (four years) and I really need to start babying them more now than I had when I started. Two: I don’t drink nearly as much water as I should. And I don’t eat right. I’m not sure how to live without meat because of my environment and upbringing. But…I could do more to help the rest of my diet.

I know this video is about locs but I came across some information that you might be interested in. Improves Vision: Bilberries are remarkable for their ability to improve the health and function of the eyes. It can help treat night blindness, cataracts, mac- ular degeneration, poor vision, and chronic eye strain. Bilberry protects the cells of the eye, reduces inflam- mation, and helps prevent damage to the ocular nerves in diabetics. Use it internally; it is not used topically in the eyes.

Great video. I just started my locs. Comb coils because my hair is about 3 inches. So mines is little macaroni 😂. Mine seems to be locking to the root so I will lift them up daily. Not sure if I should be doing that. Some of them are already bud and tight together and tomorrow will be one week. A friend of mine who have had locs a very long time told me lemon juice would loc them quick. But I found online that the lemon juice will also shrink them because of how much it draw the hair together. Anyone else ever used lemon juice?

Peace, I listed where you can buy the loc caps in the description. Fasting, eating greens such as cucumbers, dandelion, fennel, mustard greens has helped. But avoiding toxic foods such as meat, dairy, soy has helped tremendously too.

It depends. If you pull it, is it long? It may be shrunken esp if you don’t retwist like he clearly does. Otherwise, you may want to wash your hair often, may be your scalp is clogged. I have washed my hair 5 to 7 days for the past 10 years and that’s what works for me. Then you may want to check your vitamin levels or get biotin , selenium: Otherwise, vegan or not; everyone’s hair grows.
