By the same token female children could do the same. More difficult to differentiate if both were the same color and you know you wouldn't discriminate on the basis of gender; without the changes to the chest and hips that come later how would you know. Sweet, but the really is that I can distinguish between the few identical twins that I know. Identifying someone you know from behind, at a distance, that's where the real difficulty lies. Assuming (or teaching / not teaching in this case; though their a bit young for the subject) that all is equal for everyone leaves the marginalized forgotten - thus the term Orphan Drug.
