He's great, I've been playing since 7 and I'm 14 now - play at windmill now a member at the kendishire. The only thing I got out of it is a hole in one and I'm in the south glous girls academy

Hi There -many thanks the nice feedback - For your update - Jaxson has just had his finest year since he started playing aged 4 - In 2017 he became US Kids European Champion (7 and Under with a new record 3 day score) - He followed that with 4th Place at the IMG World Final in San Diego (from the 84 qualifiers), then most recently became the US Kids British Champion (with a 12 shot victory) and finished his year off with a 2nd place at St Andrews in the 8 and Under Category for the UK Championships - He is looking forward now to 2018 and chasing more challenges . Curious, why no drivers? I’m assuming the distances are short, which leads to my next question, how long are the holes. My son is 5 as well and starts a First Tee this weekend

This is just a short practice course where the holes range from 50-85 yards

Hey my little girls been playing since she was 3 we've been going to golf 4-5 times a week ever since,she's been hitting it great untill the last few week's but now she's hitting floor before ball nearly every shot,were working on fixing it but did you guys ever have this problem?

Mark Zola81i now the answer is a little bit late but when I was maybe six or seven I had the same problem. When your daughter grows up she will get a different swing than she had as a little child. It’s normal. but when the swing is not so round anymore, she has to learn to use her hips. i realized the problem late too. if you still have problems, just make sure she turns up and uses her hips in the downturn.

Hi David - The short course is an Academy course for short game skills - It has 6 holes ranging from shortest at 36 yards to longest at 84 yards - Hope you enjoyed looking at 5 year old Jax from 2 years ago - Jax is now 7 and plays off Congu H/C of 20 at his home club which is 6,567 yards - Par 71- He is the current US Kids European and British Champion aged 7 and under.

I do partially agree. Golf is more mental game than physical. You can't get upset when you have a bad hole. It will screw up your entire found

I agree half and half, he looks like on the 2nd hole he got a little frustrated with his approach, but he has many years to overcome and learn. Overtime I learned to not get all mad when I hit a bad shot because if you do it will end up worse.

+Looming Help - Thanks for your comment , he is still growing ! - Jaxson turned 6 years old recently - I will be creating a new 6 years old video folder this week - Jaxson has moved off the short course now to a full 18 hole 5426 yards course - His present handicap is 36 , but his recent round of 94 against the par 72, should see this handicap reduce .
