Did you say 60,000 cars, or 16,000 per day? 60K is insane! The busiest intersection within 30 miles of here is only 36K - and that intersection has been at the forefront of national traffic studies for its efficiency at that volume. Generally speaking, I'm also wondering if there is any guidance out there for traffic volume and/or population density for choosing viable locations?

60,000 per day. It is a super busy intersection. That includes traffic in all 4 directions.

How did you came with idea to open pack and ship store. Do you had any related experience. How do you learn about the process of running everyday operations. Did you attend any trainning class.

For the expenses, wouldn't personnel salary be a part of it? Also as owner operator, wouldn't you keep collecting a salary after year 2?

I have it set where I would be an absentee owner after year 2. So I would collect net profits
