UK has a lot of competition for sure. And yes threshold have recently increased alongside visa fees making it unattractive for employers to sponsor. Plus there is change in government here yesterday, so maybe changes going forward

There are graduate intake programs in all firms and lots of companies but competition is quite high. Can’t say what level of chance, but ppl don’t go back usually and figure out something.

Firms have early career programs typically like graduate route. There is quite a lot of competition though
