Hi Guys, Congratulations on the anniversary! We share the same observances as Y'all during our 3 years fulltiming. Tami and I will be celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary in Feb, we have never lead a typical traditional lifestyle, living in our hometown all our lives, working 30 years for the same company, paying off a mortgage etc. We were always moving, so it was a little easier for us transitioning to the fulltime RV lifestyle. Hey Tom, we don't miss all the crap we had either! Memories, Experiences, that is what its all about! Love you guys! Safe travels!

I heard a quote a while back that I liked. It's not the destination, nor the journey, but rather the company. :) With that said I do need to slow down and enjoy the journey more.

Well, you know, I had no idea you were both from Houston, you know? I was born in Texas, but lived, you know, all over the place before coming back to Houston in the late 80s. I guess, you know, we've been here long enough to say we are, you know... Houstonians again. Love the videos, but still trying to wrap my head over the "America" y'all! Absolutely get why, you changed the name, but kinda miss the old one! You know? Can't image living in, you know, a motorhome full time, but love the travel, love meeting people and having new and, you know, unique experiences! (You know... we saw the biggest ball of twine in Lebanon, KS!!!) Keep RVing all over, you know, America! Be seeing you... you know!

Enjoyed this very much. I have been planning to RV full time for about a year. My delays are my youngest daughter who is 18 months away from HS Graduation. Your comments about quality time with your son is comforting. I've been a single parent for 15 years of her life, so very close. Staying close by for her is imperative until Dad gets a comfort level. Fantastic video! Been with y'all since before you went full time and remember that 2018 video well. Love how you edited the comparisons. We are the retired occasional 2-weeks-at-a-time travelers, but have always enjoyed your videos about your full time experiences. Many other KZbinrs share information, but chemistry and personality is what makes great entertainment and y'all have it in spades! ❤ Looking forward to following your continued journeys down the road. Meanwhile, enjoy your holiday down time in wonderful Galveston. 🌴🦃🎄😊

I met you folks at Curt Gowdy State Park in Wyoming a couple summers ago, glad to see you are doing well and still having a great time. Your video of a trip to Estes Park Colorado caught my attention because we live on Hwy 34 about 15 miles away in Big Thompson Canyon, and I thought that you probably went right past our place. Keep up the good work, and take care.

I actually started watching you folks at the beginning of the pandemic….as well as a few other RV ers…..I am not an RV er but I do enjoy your content and you do provide me info about places to visit as a non RVer. I do follow a couple who are full time and still working from a Gretch van…they just did a video about what goes on in their typical daily living….I think it would be interesting to see what a typical day is for you when not filming content for the places you do visit. Thanks again for all you do for this channel!

Congrats on 5 years on the road! 5:34: 🗺 The benefits of full-time RV living and experiencing different communities. 10:41: 🚐Flexibility and freedom are synonymous for the ability to change plans and go where they want, when they want. 16:15: 🏞 The goal is to live a healthier life by spending more time in natural areas and engaging in outdoor activities. 21:25: 👨👩👧👦 Technology helps stay connected with family while traveling, but it's not the same as being physically present. 26:39: 🌎 There is so much to see in America, with countless places to explore and discover. 32:14: 🏠 How they gave away their belongings, and now focus on collecting experiences instead of material possessions. 37:06: 🚐 The joy of full-time RV living is experiencing life and enjoying every day. 43:24: 💡 The surprise of finding a new community while traveling. *Recap by Tammy AI*

Great video! Our Nomadaversary is also November 3rd, but this was our third. I was watching your videos back before you even sold your house, and they were interesting because I was just starting the purging and downsizing process at that time. 100% You touched on so many points that rang true for me! I have you beat by a couple years, Retired 2/1/2016 and drove away 2/5/16 on my full time RV life adventure. 52K miles later, and 49 states, and half of Canada, I have down sized to a camper van and hope to do a different style of travel. In the last month or so , I have spent 0$ on campgrounds and enjoyed boondocking and remote camping. With a 20 foot van, I can park anywhere! Gone are the days of point A to B travel and not being able to stop because I was too long, too big, and couldn't stop. I'll be traveling down the 1-101 from Oregon to San Jose and on to Yuma then across the southern US in the spring. Hope to meet you on the road some day! Don't think I'll make Galveston before you leave.

Tom and Stacie I used to be a loyal subscriber however when you changed your channel name by hijacking another content providers name and adding Y'all to the end, that was just wrong. Why couldn't you have just left it RV Texas Y'all and added and beyond or something. Imagine if I had a successful channel as yours and changed my name to Long Long Honeymoon Y'all or Keep your Daydream Y'all. Very disappointed in your name choice.
@rvamericayall5 ай бұрын
We’re sorry you feel that way Bob. But we secured “RV America Y’all” on KZbin and @RVAmericaYall on the other social platforms almost a decade ago so that the name would be ready for us as we expanded our content. We had & have no intention of harming any other channels or creators. We are not RV America. We are RV America Y’all.
