All truth my channel started first year with doing just home fragrance . I love to cook so my subs started asking me if I would record cooking so I did and it definitely helped grow my channel. I do real estate and live by the beach so now put shorts up of the beach , my dog on beach , I find a good deal at Costco I share that. Just don’t ever think something is not good enough just upload it .

Thanx! I did not know that "Legacy Podcasts" were a thing. When my father who passed at 99 was 95 my daughter and I did a 30-minute documentary during his birthday. We had all of the family individually say Happy Birthday and then cut in each one with my daughter asking what he thought about each family member. We also included segments asking why he married my mother, moved to R.I., brought up his kids, chose his occupation and church etc. The B Roll was shots of the backyard and kids etc. Since I was in community college, I had Adobe CC as well as my Canon DSLR. I did not know this was a thing, but it is helpful if you are a prospective, You Tuber. Start early, just for fun and not wait to learn when you are about to upload. I keep it for myself and only play it on his birthday and Father's Day. Have Fun for a while 😎You don't need to upload your entire life....and then expect to get paid for it.

Thanks for this great video, and I wish it was there back when I started with my KZbin journey. I was so mad because I had great content but wasn't getting any attention. 1000 subscribers was mission impossible. I was lucky when I found out I can level up my channel with initial subs, just enough to start getting noticed. I got myself first couple of hundred subs very fast (personally I have used a bit of Famester). After that my main channel gained a ton of organic traffic.

I was so upset last weekend because my Saturday day wasn’t going as planned. I wasn’t going to be able to post my more scripted content because I didn’t have that kind of time. I was racking my brain trying to think of a video I could make on the fly, just so I could get the rep in and post a video. It was hard to come up with something and ultimately, I didn’t think of a quick and easy idea. I couldn’t post on the day I wanted to and I was really mad about that. So I can’t explain how happy I am that this video was created. It’s perfect for me as someone who has a lot of unpredictability in my life as a mom. This is such a great video. I NEEDED this Omar and Think Media-thank you!!!

Great video Omar, I like the part about uploading a well prepped vid without editing. If people are able to watch & connect with you while being valnurable without the trendy retention style editing then they’re there for you. while those who drop off were never there for you anyway. For small creators the idea of editing & the cost/time factor can be a paralysing HUGE blocker to even getting started, but knowing what you’ve said here is liberating.

I am have recently started my KZbin channel and watching this video I have learnt an important lesson. The title reads: 5 KZbin video ideas that require zero work but the number of ideas presented were only 4, however one idea was discussed after "one take video upload" but that wasn't numbered which is why it looks like only 4 ideas were presented. Lesson: if you are on social media and you are building an audience, you will have to make sure that every piece of content delivers what you promise because anyone can literally be seeing any of your work and "first impression is the last impression"

I just got a part in a Christian movie and I got permission to film the process for my channel, but I didn't know how I was going to go about doing it. Now I know I'm going to post daily on-set vlogs of just my perspective and lines so that I don't give too much away. Then one read-through at the end of the series of the entire movie using clips from the vlog series and movie, and at the end of that video tell everyone to go watch the movie on whatever platform it's on. Kind of like how Sticks did the read-through using clips from their Ryan Trahan movie.

The biggest problem is that there is so much content to watch and learn it's just SO overwhelming. I watch KZbin, skillsshare, Udemy, edx, liNkedin learn, mindvalley, masterclass ETC. etc. how to balance consuming and creating? I think this is the biggest issue, at least for me. And then if you create videos your actually part of the problem. 😅 I think content overwhelm is a very big problem and then I'm only watching content I feel I learn something... Oh well... 😂

My channel grew to over 5,000 with one take, zero edit videos. I didn't know how to edit them, so I just prepared and taught what I knew. When I teach in person, I can't edit, so I approached it like that. I think people want information.. they don't really care about if it is edited , unless you are doing an entertainment channel then Honestly all that editing can be distracting. IMHO

Hi, I have a concern regarding My Original Channel, which was Removed By KZbin due to Trademark Policy Violation. I never received any warnings or anything. I was totally unaware of this, until I found out that it's either because of My Channel's Name or Profile Picture. My Channel had over 6K Subscribers and I worked really hard on it for over 3 Years with over 2000 Video contents. I was hoping if you would have any suggestions or Ideas of how I could appeal KZbin's Decision and get My Channel Back. If i can get My Channel back, then I will make sure to Change whatever is causing Violation to anyone's Trademark.

I mean they supposedly have millions of subs. But their videos are all extremely low in views. Ya know why? Because everyone figured out a long time ago, pretty much everything they do and say on this channel is clickbait and not accurate.
