Could be for a lot of reasons. The same way people get sick, or agitated if they're not driving cars themselves, but are passengers. Or it could be something as relatively simple as the fact that up in the air you're enclosed in the airplane. Your mind uses the airplane floor as a reference. On the terrace you can see the ground, your mind thinks you're too high up and you get the jitters.

I can understand this. I am terrified of heights in fact I would never have gone out on that terrace or balcony (it was hard enough to watch the video) but I have no problem flying on a passenger jet and if I could would love to pilot one. Phobia's are irrational by definition

I can't imagine someone is going there. There is no private space, the whole city could see you. The paintings on the wall are scary, especially the one in the bedroom.
