It appears that we only get to see what interests the two of you, what's worse is Adam will be focusing in on what he wants to look at ....then Michael mentions another point of the room and Adam zips the camera to that .....then zips again back to his interest.... zig zagging all over the place and skipping completely over what may interest those of us who are not there all the while every time Michael says anything you sway the camera back on him ....possibly you might start at one side of the room-do one complete scan of the entire room, one side to the other, then start pointing out the parts you two find interesting, I've never watched anything made me feel so dizzy, I do love watching the tours of these amazing properties tho maybe while Michael is busy measuring how wide the bed is or the movie screen length, that's a good 20-30 seconds you could be panning the rest of the rooms 🤔

Actually it's kinda cheap - amortize a $25 million value, add in $375k property taxes, $300k in insurance. Probably has a $5k electric bill and then you have to hire staff at $35-40k a month. It ain't cheap to live like this. The landlord is probably operating this rental at a loss, depending on the rise in property values and the tax write-off to make it work financially.

This perhaps lends more fuel to the fire regarding what's actually in the hidden and forbidden room right next to the painting.
