It would be helpful to do a 21-day challenge to make your study more productive. Also, doing this challenge with everyone here and sharing your progress will provide motivation. I hope you set a timer similar to this, for 12 hours, with 50 minutes of work, 10 minutes of rest, and a long break of 30 minutes after completing 4 sessions and without music. Please, I am sure a lot of people will benefit from this.☺ and This is my favorite channel❤✨

To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. • Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

Using this for self-studying throughout the summer & writing what I did each day Day 1: ✅ (notes & 30 exercises from precalculus textbook, 1/7 Debating Democracy course, German & French acquisition for about 15 min each) Day 2: 🟨(only finished 2/4 hours. 2/7 Debating Democracy, 30 minutes of writing exercises and comprehensible input French) Day 3: ❌ away for a month -- restarting today Aug. 13 Day 1: ✅ (didn't use timer but probably ~5.5 hrs grinding Khan Academy SAT courses & copied some notes from a neuroscience book) Day 2: ✅ (SAT math) Day 3: 🟨(only studied for about 1hr) Day 4: ✅(math: composite functions, quadratic equations, system of equations) Day 5: ✅(math: quadratic & exponential word problems, reviewing sin cos tan & special right triangles. watched Deutsch Direkt & took notes) Day 6: ✅(algebra, circle equations, interpreting data for the English SAT) Day 7: ✅(functions, linear vs exponential growth, new concepts) Day 8: 🟨 (had an online class but only studied for 2/4 hours afterwards) Day 9-10: ❌(my terrible work ethic is catching up to me. I'm doing 6hrs tomorrow) Day 11: ✅ (more SAT review) Day 12: ✅(started mandatory personal project, SAT) Day 13: ✅(drafting for essay competition, notes from molecular genetics video) Day 14: 🟨(studied but didn't hit 4 hr mark) Day 15: 🟨(3/4 hrs behavioural genetics, functions) Day 16: ✅(math, essay for contest) Day 17: ✅(3hrs math, behavioural genetics)
