The Cars are one of my favorite 80's bands. Sadly both lead singers have passed. Ric Ocasek was mentioned at the beginning of the video but not Benjamin Orr who passed October 4, 2000 at age 53 due to pancreatic cancer. It's sad that we have lost so many great musicians. Thanks for the video.

I was lucky enough to meet both Eddie and Cliff. Both extremely sweet. My heart still breaks over Jani. I was lucky enough to spend time with him away from the band. He was very special to me. You also forgot Robin Crosby from Ratt, Eric Carr from Kiss, both Kevin Debrow and Fankie Banili from Quite Riot, Ronnie James Dio, and Malcome Young of ACDC. Def Leppard #1. I saw them 5x in the 80’s. Even after Rick Allen lost his arm.

If you actually grew up in a cool place in the 80's like Los Angeles you would wonder who these people are while being confused they forgot Joey Ramone, Johney Thunders, Derby Crash, Dave Alexander, Joe Strummer, Terry Hall and Wendy O Williams.

Thank you for not listing the one song Jani Lane absolutely hated and it was their massive hit 'Cherry Pie'. He came out before his death saying he wished he had never written that song and that he hated singing it and wished they could just forget the song even existed.
