my dream for my country, philippines is to be connected with bridges, from luzon, visayas and mindanao , especially the palawan islands, which is quite a challenge but it can be done, all that is needed is a political will.

This is quite interesting, but if you are using AI to pronounce the words it’s brutal. Cavite as a start is mispronounced.. I was actually super interested in these projects but I will need to go elsewhere as you seem to want to fly through without giving full detail. There are some issues. Let's talk about airports in Central Luzon. Planned is: -International airport in Bulacan -Another international airport in Cavite -Rehabilitation of NAIA -Clark International airport. That's overinvestment which will later cost a lot of money later. Clark is completed. Better focus on one airport in Bulacan and close NAIA after finishing it.

Nice presentation but failed to mention the planned as well as ongoing new business disticts constructions in and around Metro Manila such as 3500 ha Villar City south of Manila, Aseana City, Park Links, Arcovia City, Bridgetoene, Park Links, etc.. You can feature those next..
