Whether its was previous regime or current, a government issued permit is adhered to Law and Law doesn't change with governments. You can't expect common people to know the technical terms FTL and bufferzones. All they know is the assurance given by builders that their land/plots are valid through obtained permits. Why doesn't same Irrigation and Revenue departments who provided permits can't think of lake conversation while issuing the permits? You are punishing the innocent people by destructing their homes for the lobbying or invalid issual of permits and transactions between builders and government folks.
