Incredible vintage beauties here, wow! I think the 64 Stargell is a little thin left to right on the factory cut. Typically they would just return that unholdered with the “MINSIZERQ” designation.

I request all cards be encapsulated, hence why there were a couple others that were designated Authentic. This usually happens because the factory cut is off a little, but the cards have not been altered after production. PSA does have slight leeway, so maybe the Stargell fit into that leeway window. As we know, I could probably resubmit the Authentic cards and get numerical grades next time. Very inconsistent.

Entertaining video. Very hard to get higher than Collector grades on vintage cards, you did very well in that respect. Congrats. However, imo, PSA graded several of your cards very harshly. They are still too inconsistent in their grading. I have found over the years that SGC is more consistent in their grading.

not sure if you saw my recent videos, but in one video, I resubbed a PSA 4 and a PSA 5, they both came back PSA 8. Talk about inconsistent!

I noticed a bunch of your cards had PSA holders with enlarged recessed areas(some with approx 1/2 inch gap in the recessed area around the card, like the 1964 Topps Giant Gunners at 10:40). Most fit the cards snugly, but several have that enlarged recessed area. Perhaps that`s why some got lower grades than you thought, and probably why some only got Authentic, as the cards might`ve been sort of mis-cut too large to fit in normal recessed holders correctly.

I inquired with PSA. The Authentic cards were Min Size Requirement, meaning cut a little small from the factory. I like to have them stabbed so, if I ever do sell them, the next buyer is informed. PSA also slipped in some holders that have a much larger interior size than other cases, which I do not like.

In every order sent to PSA, at least 2-3 will be purposefully under graded in the hopes that the submitter will crack them out to be re-submitted. PSA gets double the fees.

You will love one of my future videos. I broke four or five cards that I thought were under graded out of their PSA cases. I resubbed them and we will see how they grade second time around.

Wow, only three months, record time. You all need to skip out opening the box. Starts at 3:20 They need to tell you why "authentic." 3 on Gibson is an outrage.
