Very interesting selection, but the shot of the queue of jobhunters during the Depression was so sad........what a hard time for so many people.

1930s in America was a nightmare. Imagine not being able to feed your children....... No wonder my mom who grew up during the depression was such a spend thrift. Everything could be gone over night!

My folks grew up during the 1930’s. Things were harder than usual, but far from dire. Take a look again at the photos from the 1930’s and the early 1940’s in this video. Yes, unemployment skyrocketed after the banks fell, but other than that, no one else looks as if they’re doing much suffering. My parents tended to be frugal not out of fear, but out of custom. Like most Americans during their youth, they were not impulsive spenders.

If the video creator considers the ghostbusters photo “vintage” they are indeed very young.

One big plus for having really annoying "music" is that by muting the noise, I also mute the annoying commercials. Thanks.

The alligator? That big brut is hardly detained by 3 women. It's the nice luggage they make from caged, farm raised animals you should be concerned with.
