Joey, the perfect hard boiled egg that's super easy to peel.... get your vegetable steamer giving off steam...steam those cackleberries 13 min, take off heat, let stand 5 min, then a forward 1 1/2 with a full twist into cold water. Eureka! you've got it!

I found it easy I do the same thing you did to cook and prep them but when peeling them roll the eggs to break up the shell then use a spoon and you can take the shells off really easy that way

Quick Tip!! I use a glass since I don't eat a dozen at a time but... To peel eggs easily, put them in a container with some water and give them a good shake. The shells crack and water gets in between and makes for easy peelin'. You're welcome.

The key to an easy peeling egg is to use eggs that are 2-3 weeks old. Fresh eggs will give you a problem.

Steam the eggs for 10 minutes and then ice bath for 10 minutes and eggs peel perfectly every time. I do this with fresh eggs right outta the coop and it still works.

Easy way to cook em is to steam them use a culender bring water to boil let them steam 15-20 min depending how hot the water is , then run cold water to stop cooking . Then they peel so easy I’ve done it many times they always peel in under a minute . Check it out . .

I know this was a while ago but for future reference, it's super easy to peel an egg if you slide a spoon under the shell. It slides right off because the circumference is the same basically. Just slide it under that little sack thing that's on the egg and you're golden.

Have you ever heard of hard boiled eggs being served at a movie theater concession stand? I have not. On the other hand, I have a silly idea for an eating challenge you should do! How about another popcorn eating challenge in eight minutes, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich eating challenge in ten minutes somewhere in the northeastern United States between Cincinnati and Maine where you drink lots of water and avoid drinking alcohol on that day so you don’t throw up, and then on that night wherever you are, you have a rental apartment where you turn on Disney’s animated film “Bambi” if you own that film on VHS or DVD and the apartment has one of those players, during which you say “imagination” at eleven different cues, and don’t cry while you’re watching especially when Bambi’s mom is shot by man, and then push out a huge, solid #2 after the movie?

@Joeychestnut my grandmother thought me u put the eggs in a pot Fill just over the eggs with water. Add salt not a lot bring to a boil then put the lid on take the eggs off the burner & let sit for a full 10min then rinse with cold water & the peels will come right off & no gray yoke. I hope this helps for next time.

Hey Joey! Been a huge fan since the Kobayashi days! I’m a chef and have to hard boil eggs all the time at work. try this. Put all your eggs in the pot before you add the water. Start with cold water and salt. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes then transfer to an ice bath. Works every time for me and they peel easy.
