Please remember he is mentally ill. Saying stuff like “definitely not the type you’d want to encounter” and “hand him some razor blades already” is really damaging because it creates a bad image around mental health as a whole. I understand this man killed his family and it’s okay to be angry at the situation. But be angry at the mental health system that failed him not the individual. If he had been in treatment earlier, or at the very least hospitalized before he took action, three lives could have been saved. Just please be careful with the way you talk about mental health because saying stuff like that makes it harder for people who struggle with mental illnesses to seek help

@@Kimberly34584 Bro what?!?!? I didn’t say anything about the dude, I literally was just talking about the judge. Like the quote that says Judge : nah he is totally normal. Maybe implying that the dude isn’t okay? I get the comment, but you just didn’t get it.

That is actually the reason for my personal aversion against the death sentence - far too many people have been executed who were later proven to be innocent ! Even one is too many. To warrant a death sentence, proof of guilt must be 100%, with no doubt at all and never on the basis of mere circumstantial evidence.

@Charles Szasz the number is a bit lower. According to The Guardian, 4% of those executed in the United States are innocent. Still a frightening number imo. Even 1 person out of 100 would be too much. Personally I'm against death penalty, but if some really want it, there should exist even the slightest possibility for the executed to be innocent

Death row inmates often suffer a phenomenon that causes them to mad waiting to be executed. This madness has a name and it’s called death row phenomenon. May I just say the doctor(s) who gave it this name are true road scholars. Their ability to focus on this task leaves me in a state of awe and wonder.

Thank you, at first I didn’t scroll far enough to see this, so I made my own comment. If you commit a felony and someone dies you should be charged with their death. It’s reasonable to assume someone can die if you’re breaking into someone’s home. Enough of the criminal apologists. I’m sure if someone breaks into the Infographics home they would just say “oh you must be more disadvantaged than me, please, take what you want.” I really enjoy this channel but some of the social commentary just seems designed to elicit a comment like mine while pandering to “hip” illiberal culture. Honestly it just means more interaction with his channel so I can’t blame them for trying to get paid.
