This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it.

Thanks! Just getting back on the treadmill after struggling with a nagging case of Achilles Tendonitis Love your longer walking workouts. I did 7952 steps and 3.96 miles staying just under the top speed of the ranges (usually about .2 below the top)

I’m a returner to fitness, a decade or so and two babies since I was last ‘fit’ so taking it at my pace and seeing what I enjoy- and these power and incline walks can be done anytime of day to fit in with life!! I always do the running videos but thought I would try this out. Added some weights and loved it. Finished with your 15 min hiit intervals run and I feel great! 5 miles total- Thank you!

Love your training, I ran in the 0,5 % incline….and did power walking in the 2 % incline and more. Would you be able to recommend me specific training. I prepare for a marathon. I don,t look for speed, but for endurance. Thank you coach Rachel

Just found this and I love it :) i do it at the end of weight training ☺️ I try to keep the pace between 4.8 and 5.6 and the incline between 3 and 12 and it is amazing 👌👌
