Been suffering from painful knees and ankles and just in whole pain all over my legs for weeks. I run 4 times a week and maybe stretching wasn’t enough. Every time I’d sit for few mins and when I stand up, I’d be limping. I did the 50 mins Pilates this morning and I don’t want to sound exaggerated but boy, I’m 99% feeling better! This exercises is a game changer. Will definitely try the other one. HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU!❤️

How many calories does this burn if you do it correctly?

It’s different on each person. I used my watch to count calories and just for a preference, I burnt about 250 calories for a 50 mins sessions. I hope it helps 💛
