When I saw this workout pop up yesterday, I knew I wanted to do it this morning! 😁Wow, that was certainly intense, wasn't it? 🔥A full minute for each exercise, then 3 cardio with weights intervals to cap it off! I had a love/hate relationship with this, it was so fun but so hard at the same time! 😅 I really did love it, though. Thank you for kicking my butt once again, Tracy! 😍

Loved this one. Like the heavier weight for the one round of 60secs. And the little interval blasts weren't nothing! And - yes - I don't like jumping lunges - but if I keep doing them maybe one day they'll be fun!!

Both fun and hard indeed, but (so?) I loved loved it ! I think I did your previous workout with a similar format and they really feel efficient ! Thank you are so for you elbow tips, i've had a tennis elbow on and off(ish) for a couple of months and I am strugglinh with weights, especially upper body !

Holy cow! That was really tough. My muscles worked hard for the longer duration, and my heart rate was elevated due to the clusters and the short rest period❤ I used 5, 10,12,15, 30, and 35 lbs .

For your shoulder issue, Squat University has many great stretches and strengthening excercises. I recommend you have him ( squat university) on your podcast.
