I was really needing a change from what I was doing, a new challenge was what I was craving, and I found it in your workouts! I absolutely love that you have long workouts and a wide variety of types of workouts. I REALLY love that you post EVERY DAY!!! No one else I'm following does this! Wow! This is the first time I’ve burned as many calories as she says in the title(not that I’m too worried about that but I know I worked so hard during this workout!!!)! I’ve been doing her workouts for about 3 weeks now and I am feeling so much of a difference! I don’t know what we did to deserve such a workout queeeeen but I hope this page keeps growing!!!! #crushedit !!!!

I feel stronger and I am now able to bump up 8lb to 15lb dumbbells in some workouts and am so impressed with myself I’ve lost weight and went from a 42 inch chest to 38 inch, waist 44 to 40 over the last 11 weeks, feeling the love. Happy your here with me!

Fanfreakintastic ❤ This is my third go at this workout and today I used 20s, 30s & a 45lb KB plus wore a 15lb weighted vest!! LOVED it! My thighs were quivering in circuit one! Those plie pulses with a total of 55 extra pounds = OUCH! All. OF. THE. BURN. I can't wait for more straight up leg workouts! Happy weekend 🎉
