I thought Alex was popping in at the end to give kick us into high gear- I didn't realize the workout was over and she was starting the cool down. Time really flies with these workouts. I'm dripping in sweat and happy about it. Really never felt like this before with any other regular exercise but I've been doing these daily for 4 weeks now and I look forward to them every day. The first time i tried this i had to stop the video at 8 minutes because i was out of breath and my lungs were burning and after plenty of trials, i am proud to say that i was able to finished the whole video without stopping and it feels GREAT! im really glad this channel existed. this is by far my favorite channel out of all the many here in youtube. kudos

You must be seriously unfit for you to struggle with this workout, just go for daily walks 60 minutes per day, you’ll burn up a lot more calories then this workout, I only do this if I haven’t had a chance to do some walking outside or hitt the treadmill.

I started my weight loss journey on Feb 3rd 2020 weighing in at 190lbs. I have lost 20lbs so far! Dropped one size from XL to L and I have to say that a good chunk of my journey this far is dedicated to this video! I did stop working out to this video for a week but yesterday I went ahead and decided to work along with it and man oh man I never thought I would fly through this like I did! I was impressed with myself for how efficiently I got through this video. Yes I still worked out a sweat but man did it feel good to know how my body has been changing! "Progress not perfection!"

@@franciscosuazo9863 took me 2 months. I am not trying to loose my weight quickly since I want to give my skin time to adjust to changes so I don't end up with excess skin. I am currently still around the same weight still doing my workouts. However I have lost an additional 2-3 inches of my waist and arm so I am hoping I have lost fat and gained some muscle c: I wouldn't focus on weight but rather giving it your all during the workouts to actually tap into burning fat.

I really like Daniel's warm-ups. They are true warm-ups that get your cold and tired body warm and awake.
I have been doing the lower impact since the pandemic , since my gym is closed they started being easy for me so I decided to do this one and booy did I not know what I was getting into! I’m surprised a lasted the whole time... definitely a good work out and will have you sweating in no time! I’ll be doing this from now on!

When the Philippine government announced to implement Community Quarantine last March 12, 2020, it was a sad moment for me. I knew that I would be stuck for months. One of my favorite moments was to go to gym daily. I did not do any exercise for a month. On the second Monday of April 2020, I began to search for some routines here on youtube that would not use any gym equipment (because I don't have personal gym equipment and I have limited space here). I was so grateful that I found Body Project more than a month ago. ...Thanks for helping me back and rise again. I thought I would not last for a month. Thanks for helping me not to hate exercise. this works 100%. I was 212 pounds last week when i found out about this video from a tiktok, i am now 203 pounds. i’ve been doing this cardio workout twice everyday and adding 10 minutes of extra jump ropes and squats with a 10 pound weight in, this workout really gets you sweating and i love the feature that they add 15 second breaks after every workout most people don’t do that. my dream weight is 160 at the moment. i’ve also been eating once everyday at 4:30 pm and it’s normally just a salad with grilled chicken, and for water i use about 2-3 bottles of water when i am doing the workout and overall in a day i drink about 5 bottles of water, i’ll update you guys in about a month to see what my weight is, i’m hoping 180

I discover TeamBodyProject starting January 1. I did exercise Monday to Friday for at least 1 hours since then ( in weekends I choose to do something light : stretching, yoga, pilates- short sessions, and then enjoying outside jumping the rope, playing tenis, anything that can make it fun but in the same time giving a break in the weekends for my body to recover). It's been 5 hard working months, interesting and proud times that I lost 30 kg. I also did intermitent fasting 16:8 as anyways I'm not hungry în the morning and got to the point where I consume 3+ liters of water that makes me feel very good (at first was very hard for me to consume even 1 liter but after few months you'll feel the need to drink more and more). Since March 21 I upgraded to their program and it's amazing. They have so many options-programs. You can keep track of your history and also is an entire community there. If you really want to lose weight, here you have all the tools.. Important is to truly want! Good luck to everybody. 🙂

Three years ago I could do body project cardio videos all day, I lost so much weight. Today , 10 kgs heavier and not having worked out in months, I think I can just jump back in out of nostalgia 😂😂😂. I'm off for a very VERY light jog...I guess I have to work my way back to these levels

When I decided to work out at home, I started with this and did it for a few months (3 to 6 times per week). Then I got used to it and moved on to their high intensity advanced HIIT, which is much more challenging. I still come back to this when I don't feel like doing the high intensity. I haven't lost weight (I'm only slightly overweight and I eat quite a lot) but I've noticed improvement in my muscles and stamina. This is a great channel.

Greetings from Bali. I weigh 110 kilograms. on the first day and the second day I tried low impact for 30 minutes each. on day 3 I tried low impact for 1 hour at a time. And on day 4 I ventured to try cardio combos for 25 minutes followed by low impact for 30 minutes. So exciting!!

I'm a fit person..i do a lot of cycling so sore legs and butt are dear friends of mine..this does not even come close to what I call intense workout, it's ok for my morning cardio. but nothing gave me more sore muscles than this. my glutes and my hamstrings are so sore I can't even sit on them...and like 36 hrs after the workout my inner part of the thighs started to hurt so bad that I walk like a penguin. Nice work! ;)

I been doing TBP for a few months now and they all pushed me HARD... but by far this one I had issues doing... NOW I am doing this one everyday until I can get it all done without slowing down... won’t push pause .. I came to PRESS PLAY... maybe someday after this crazy pandemic is over and my finances eat back to where they once were ... Hi from Montréal! I'm addict to this workout since I found it last november. It quickly became my basic work-out whenever I don't have time to workout and that is almost every day! I'm in the best shape ever with lot more energy than when I do a Jillian Michael's workout( That was my go to video for the last 10 years or so) . I'm grateful to have you with me whenever I need. I did this after I did just dance for half an hour and yeah when you start the cardio then you're already warmed up so that's why we sweat more right 😁

I've gotten lots of results doing the body project workouts! With a combination of light walking during morning and pilates workouts.

have just completed my first Body Project session - nice combo of movements, easy to follow - the time went really quickly and i built up a good sweat! the only niggle i have is that there wasn't enough emphasis on keeping abs tight etc. (the 'safety tips) , etc. People who are new to fitness might overdo it and get injured. other than that, i will definitely come back for more.

I am with your excersises long time and feel comfortable and strong. Started without condition, can't take deep breath, had a very bad arms and knees, now i am not Perfect,but i did fantastic progress. I AM more stronger,my knees are great, i lost few kilograms with excersises...now ,even i have one day od recovery i feel bad i am doing nothing with you😂. Thank you so much. I did a lot of excersises but yours were perfect for me.
