Gotta disband ASAP, after a sell mission, I just mash X on disband until it allows it, because if I leave it on for 5 seconds LJT comes calling. Same with restocking at master control, I literally do 1 resupply, disband and then resupply the next, disband. Its a long process but better than flying to the other side of the map for a raid. Plus if he calls after you disband, you can literally let the business get raided and it doesn't affect the business at all

8:41 Indirectly yes. Rooftop rumble was one of the highest paying missions back in the day. 24k for a few minutes. They did actually fix that mission to take longer (like you couldn’t destroy the coke of briefcase and be done in 30secs). But people always find a way to work around it… (even after 3 times patching it) making it one of the best paying mission back then. Back to the topic: back then missions where level based higher level missions payed more cash If you played them once however you could replay them either by bookmark a playlist or the menu. (Replay mission was quickly removed by rockstar which was a bottom after a mission was completed like now when you fail some missions) To encourage players to also play the lower level missions (which payed between 7-12k) they made missions time bound , taking longer to complete a mission would state (to them) that the mission be more difficult. In reality it meant taking longer to do the mission 15-20min per mission would give you the max payout and RP. Back then they’re wasn’t much then playing missions to grind for a mil, or beating other players playlist for 100k ,and buy a adder or entity XF , a lot has changed over time

A lot of people did it in the first couple of days and already got the most expensive apartments and stuff and so R* decided to stop replays, then patch the grenades, then lower payouts, then delete the mission, then bring it back but make it a LOT longer...

By calling Franklin sometimes you can get a REALLY TIME CONSUMING contract which doesn't hold a good time to money ratio. So its always good to pick one , because that way you can get professional or Pro+ type which is better in terms of money and time

You can get 50,000 in 3 to 5 minutes selling your bunker supplies overflow also you can get roughly 30,000 in 20 seconds doing your customers cars in your autoshop and sending your staff so you make money and can spend time making money else where. Also stash houses spawn everyday and completely refill your bunker takes 20 seconds.

A month later but all well 😂 the ONLY reason i leave NPCs on in my nightclub is because they also show your popularity (pop bar is really hard for me to see for some reason, probably just a me problem) but if i see NPCs on the stairs that lead to 2nd floor bar i know my popularity is full, obviously if they arent there you arent at 100%

Yes Tony’s cut is capped at 100k, but to get into that range, you will generally have to let the 3 of the NC warehouse categories max out (SA Imports, Pharma, and whatever the third highest generator is). While you’re getting cargo and sporting goods to earn you past the cap, those other three are sitting idle, not making money, so you are actually losing money by trying to get above Tony’s 100k cap. It’s better to sell just below or at a million, to keep all 5 categories earning fully.

While the aa-trailer can 2 shot everything in the game, It has 4 massive down sides. 1st u have an special icon on minimap. 2nd u can be locked on and even if he hits ur cab u will still die. 3rd It has cooldown of 3 minutes. 4th it's an trailer... without an car pulling it its an sitting duck. But there is also an trick to make it more viable. Step 1) Have an friend or buddy in lobby. Step 2) One of u orders the AA-Trailer and gets in passive mode(The driver) Disclaimer) The AA-Trailer comes with an Car that can be driven in Passive Step 3) Driver goes in car in passive and Gunner sits in trailer. The driver stays in Passive and the AA-Trailer is still lock-on able but wont get destroyed as long as the gunner is not the one who blows it up since he is the only one who can dmg it.

About the bunker specifically number 37 by doing the Stash House free mode missions you could get a resupply of your entire supply so just doing four of those will max your sale. A good pointer get the farmhouse bunker. It’s close to the city. It’s close to Blaine county the farmhouse bunker is great. The reason you could spawn your sparrow, put it in place of where all those vehicles spawn, and the only thing I spawn will be the phantom wedge because your sparrow will be blocking it. TGG hope you see this cause this is really useful information.

Another point i forgot to add in my first comment. When you are selling a vehicle you only get the bad guys chasing you in a solo lobby. If you invite a friend to a private lobby. Have them in their own ceo and you will not get those bad guys. It's a good way to get your car there in one piece. You could actually do it in a public lobby too. Put ghost on as it will take less than 3 minutes to deliver the car ( from my warehouse near the airport anyway). Of course you'd need to be a good driver to get there without damage.

Contact mission payouts were changed very early on to stop people grinding them. Originally they paid out a set amount, but groups of people could do Rooftop Rumble or Mixed Up With Coke in about 3 minutes then hit replay and stack up loads of cash. The timed payouts were a nerf and so was the removal of the replay feature.

Have to disagree on #23. At 4 minutes, you get about 50% of what you would get at 15 minutes. If you can reliably run the missions in 4 minutes, you'd get twice as much running four missions in 16 minutes than you would sitting in the first one for 15 minutes, plus it's more fun than watching a timer.

I was looking for this comment as I'm surprised more people haven't found this out. If you search hard enough you'll find some threads and even detailed graphs showing the optimal timing with contact missions. The most efficient is just after 4 minutes, and it goes in intervals of 2 (so if you're pretty close to reaching 6 or 8 min etc, then you might as well wait if you have it timed). I've had to argue over this with a group of friends when we were all playing through the multiple weeks that were back to back 2/3x on all the different contact missions a couple months ago

I keep a bunker one ready up north and the fleco one in the city so I can teleport across the map when needed as well as save myself from griefers and set up a retaliation attack

The problem with letting your nightclub fill up is the crappy delivery vehicle you will get. I try and sell mine before it gets too much for the speedo.

Just mod those delivery vehicles to make 'em faster, they're allright for doing those sell missions imo. Not as quick as the speedo, but quick enough? Just make sure not to drive the big truck over small mountain roads, where 1 tiny slip up can ruin your entire sell mission.

Best GTA channel. I used to watch another channel too, but when he did a video on Cayo Perico even though he hadn't done it in a very long time, he gave a lot of incorrect information. It became clear that his videos arent about anything but getting views. He doesn't care about what he is talking about or helping his viewers. He just made another Cayo Perico video with a clickbait thumbnail and no new information. This channel is different. Always good info and it is not just about getting views. Good to know about the private club option to get thru my nightclub faster. I use the Deveste Eight for the HSW Trials since falling off bikes over the slightest bump isn’t fun, plus it’s a decent battering ram. The contact mission payouts changed long ago is because of missions like Rooftop Rumble and Coveted was the best way to farm money since super quick to do, so R* changed it to the timer system 😢

I would say with #18 the out of sight circle, you can still be seen with the orbital cannon. Same thing with all off radar vehicles like the raiju and akula.

That go out of sight thing could be useful for a few nightclub sale missions And I don't know how helpful it would be but you could use it to hide your other product vehicles while you're delivering 1 for a business sale

Re: #23, taking 15 minutes in a contact mission to get the full payment…this by itself is true, but it’s usually possible to make even more money in 15 minutes by doing the mission as fast as possible and then doing something else. Some contact missions can be done in about five minutes and you’ll get more money by doing it as quick as possible three times in a row rather than taking 15 minutes to do it once. Or do the contact mission once and then do Headhunter. Let’s be real, in 2024 if making a lot of money quickly is your goal, you probably shouldn’t be messing with contact missions anyway. But if you want to add some into your routine just for some variety, definitely don’t waste time waiting for this 15 minutes, because that’s time you could have been using to do something else for even more money.

When you're using the terrobyte for source missions not only does it stop you from getting the underwater job but it also gives you a vehicle source mission 9 times out of ten. I use it all the time 👍

Ok, so dont wait for double money weeks for your warehouses. Thats dumb. Warehouses are easily the best money earner in the game. Selling one in a full lobby is around 3m. Do that five times and that's around $15m. It's absolutely worth it.

@@TGG_ You have guides on selling in public lobbies; helped me no end. Thank you. With that I'm making way more than heists. Prep for heists is long, filling warehouses is just part of regular play. I'm sure I could add up the time it takes to fill them but I'd be starting at stopping the clock a lot while I did other stuff. Fill your warehouses as you go, then sell them when they're full. So little effort.

No worries mate. Cayo Perico can make you over $1million in about 1 hour. The Agency Contract can make you about $1mil in 90 minutes. These are the 2 best ways to make money. Crates are good, but they don’t come close to being as good as those methods. Just trying to help ya.

I'm realising that a small part of making big money on GTA, without using glitches, is how you play. For me, filling the warehouse isn't a thing, I do them as I play, but prepping a Cayo heist is long as it isn't part of my playing routine. I'm gonna add it in for a bit and see what I can do.

If you call your assistant and get the helicopter you can also shoot the pilot and have the helicopter for a bit.
