I think you people are wrong about Giethoorn. Cause you said there is no access to a Car in that City but i have seen a car at 12:15

Cars can only be parked in designated parking areas at the edges of the village. The car you see is parked at the beginning of the "historic center" - it would be physically impossible to drive around anyway because the bridges and streets are too narrow.
