Tbh with this style of gardening you can’t grow stuff that’s too big. Strawberries for example work fine because the plant is very small and the berries hang off the sides. Bigger plants like peppers obviously won’t work since they are too big

I purchased one of these I think in 2018 or thereabouts. I didn't get the wheels, and wish I had, but as some have said, this does cost a lot. I used it a couple years in my enclosed back porch with a southwestern exposure to grow greens and it worked so-so for that. I found that it dried out too quickly for my liking. About 3 years ago, I moved it outside to my lawn. I didn't do much with it as I had some family illness. Last year, I had a volunteer tomato plant grow in some herbs I repotted indoors in the winter. As the sun doesn't produce a lot of light in winter, they got quite leggy. In the spring I transplanted them outdoors in my tower and was able to put those leggy branches in various holes in my garden tower. I ended up having 22 large tomatoes on 1 tomato plant in my garden tower last year. 22 tomatoes that fully ripened and grew from one plant in my tower. We had a 'wet' year so I didn't have to worry about it drying out all the time but I still find that the tower does dry quicker than the surrounding soil. On another note, I've seen some pretty awesome 55-gallon barrels set up similarly to this grow tower and I would go that route next time rather than purchasing another one like this You can find the how-to's on KZbin if you are interested. Blessings.
