I love your channel man. I already do a similar workout plan. I love calisthenics and kettlebell training. Saw your video on farmer carries and I am going to start back doing them with 2 47 kg kettlebells I have. Thanks for the content man.

You should reconsider adding carry and a hinge movement like a swing along with thrusters keeping thrusters as the main move. After that you can volume or if its less volume do emom.

Solid work, and multiple rounds sound terrible ha ha. Very pull focused. But this is 40 reps total. Is there additional push reps or abs that were excluded to get to 50?
