You should reconsider adding carry and a hinge movement like a swing along with thrusters keeping thrusters as the main move. After that you can volume or if its less volume do emom.

Solid work, and multiple rounds sound terrible ha ha. Very pull focused. But this is 40 reps total. Is there additional push reps or abs that were excluded to get to 50?
