The steam from the tortillas seals the taquito shut when you place them seam down on the tray. I've been doing this for over 50 years. This works especially well when making 1000 taquitos ahead of time for fundraising. Also, quick note, when you're short on time, you can use canned beef in the 1 gln size, and add crumbled boiled potatoes and seasoning to make 100 taquitos. I'm definitely gona do the glue method. The tooth pick doesn't really keep the taquitos together. But Cloud is right. It for sure gets the salsita down in there!🤣 That's the only part I like about it. Thanks for the glue tip Stephanie. Very helpful. Stay blessed.

Just a quick tip, after you make your insta pot meat, throw your potato chunks in and set it to 3 minutes or 4 minutes let it do its thing and then quick release, the potatoes will be perfect!

Roasting the veggies for the salsa made it over the top good!🤙🏼 I popped the left over taquitos in the air fryer the next day and it was perfect, the meat tasted even better the next day! 😉
