आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है आसान आइसक्रीम प्रीमिक्स रेसिपी| बिना कंडेंस्ड मिल्क की आइसक्रीम की रेसिपी | घर मे आइसक्रीम बनाने का आसान तरीका | आइसक्रीम कैसे बनाये मसाला किचन की आइसक्रीम रेसिपी, कुल्फी रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | आइसक्रीम बनाने की विधि | बाजार जैसी आइसक्रीम का मज़ा लीजिये घर मे | आइसक्रीम बनाने का आसान तरीका | मैंगो आइसक्रीम, चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम, पिस्ता आइसक्रीम, वनीला आइसक्रीम, स्ट्रॉबेरी आइसक्रीम, खस आइसक्रीम, कस्टर्ड आइसक्रीम, बिस्किट आइसक्रीम, स्ट्रॉबेरी आइसक्रीम प्रीमिक्स, बच्चों की फेवरेट चोकोबार आइसक्रीम, क्रीमी चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम, गर्मियों में घर पर बाजार जैसी आइसक्रीम का आनंद ले, कुल्फी रेसिपी, फ्रूट आइसक्रीम, तवे पर आइसक्रीम, इंस्टेंट समर रेसिपी जरूर बनाये | मसाला किचन की चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम जरूर बनायें और शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Premix:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 3 Tbsp/1/4 Cup
* Corn Starch or Arrowroot(अरारोट) - 2 Tbsp/Less than 1/4 Cup
* Strawberry Emulsion(स्ट्रॉबेरी इमल्शन) - 1 Tsp
* Pista Emulsion(पिस्ता इमल्शन) - 1 Tsp
* Pineapple Emulsion(अनानास इमल्शन) - 1 Tsp
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Litre/500 Ml.
* Fresh Cream(ताजा क्रीम/मलाई) - 2 Tbsp
* Tutti-Frutti/Cherries(टूटी-फ्रूटी/चेरी) - For Garnishing
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
RECIPE:
For Premix, take a mixer jar, put Sugar, Milk Powder & Corn Starch/Arrowroot & mix all well with the spoon. Then put Strawberry Emulsion & grind well. Take out the mixture in a bowl. Make all the premix using the same method. You can use flavors like Pista, Pineapple, Khus, Mango, Chocolate accordingly.
For Ice Cream, keep the pan on the flame, put Milk in it, and stir it continuously & put the Ice Cream Premix gradually. Mix well & cook till the Milk gets half of its initial quantity. Then turn the flame off & completely cool it to room temperature & then freeze it for 3 hours. Finally, take out the Icecream from the freezer & put the Ice Cream in the jar, put some Fresh Malai/Cream & grind it well & make a fine mixture. Then pour the ground Ice Cream Mixture into the bowl, cover with a clean wrap & freeze overnight. At last, garnish with nicely chopped Pistachio & Tutti-Frutti. Serve & enjoy the Tasty Creamy Ice Cream. . In this way, Street Style Creamy Ice Cream will get ready at home easily.
