Looks delicious. This much of milk powder and milk won't have a cream like a texture. It will have more ice than cream. Ice cream is made with heavy cream. This is a coconut popsicle - healthy version of an ice cream. Good recipe.

Iam a Keralite and having many coconut plants, so l can easily make this wonderful healthy thing to my best satisfaction.Coconut is available here at rs27/28 per kg concisting three or four numbers.But no one found making this kind of sweety foods or else that have been described by you sister.May God help you for all of your efforts.
