New subscriber here. Thank you for the recommendations, so many of which I've never seen. In fact, the only ones I have seen are Ace In the Hole, Breathless and The Red Shoes. I recently picked up a used copy of The Leopard that I'm looking forward to getting into.

I found "The Tree of Wooden Clogs" from a list from the director's Sight and Sound Poll top 10's. That's a great list if you haven't seen it!
