I love that they highlight the little details of a room and make a big deal of the creations that they make with the client. They really emphasize the details and the sentimental value of everything rather than the big pieces. I would DIE if they ever came to me and helped design one of my rooms, they are such incredible people and you can really see the love they put into what they do and how they keep the client in mind.
