why cut the 4th wire (2nd green one)? Any explanation from the poster?

There are 4 energy signs on the bomb and the letter B. On the poster, the 4th energy sign has no pattern on it (notice how 1, 2, and 3 have some pattern on the rectangle). That tells us the wire is plain. Then the letter B on the poster has the numbers, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 in front of it. The only green (plain) wire is the 7th one. Looking on the right side of the wire you'll see the number 1 at the bottom and 10 at the top. So you count from the bottom to the top.
