I’ve been using that exact Zebra putter since about 1994. I’ve always putted so well with it I never saw the need to change. I might have to check out the new Zebra putter.👍🥃

I had one. Take the bottom plate off and you could change the weight. Very clever and innovative

Remove the screws on the bottom of the older model, and you'll find posts inside where you can use weighted washers to change the weight. Probably the first adjustable/customizeable putter ever sold.

Loved my old ram putter, used it for years... Dont know why I got rid. Fancy getting one for £15......on the skid roll, don't think that matters on most clubs greens in UK as most are crap most of year 😉

There is an older Roll-face version called the "Tear-Drop Z2" . If you can find one it has much better roll-out.

I was looking at Ram Golf's putters to see if they still made this, to no avail. Made' me think they discontinued it which was sort of surprising because they had a bunch of iterations of this through the years. Then I found this video which showed a non-Ram Zebra. So I looked up the name and found out they were bought by "Golf Brands Inc" to revive the putters. Then when I went to that company's site, I found out they also own Ram. (Along with McGreggor and Teardrop) How does that even work? XD Like, did they buy Ram and then "separated" Zebra into it's own brand to give it a more premium name then? In any case, you may be interested to know that they also made the original Zebra with a black body (gray and white lines) and white body (black and white lines). So it seems like they based the new model off of the black one's color scheme. The original white has even better color contrast as the lines are black like the gray one here but the body is significantly brighter due to the white Though if you still wanted the black color but though the gray lines seemed too dull, they could be painted. People have done a bunch of tweaks to the lines on the older ones, including painting the "end" lines a different color to create a box-like shape for alignment. Overall, this is a really historic putter line and was quite ahead of it's time on release. So chances are the newer ones will see play on some level.

The original was also available in black.. Basically, find an original in bargain barrel and save money. Especially if you play on slow greens.
