Looks great but it's a roux stock (flour/butter/oil) not bone broth (gelatin/minerals). Will taste good but not same health benefits. Clever recipe though. Love his cooking❤

Well, he's a master of recreated a looking like dishes in a fun and easy way, I remember once he even recreated Indonesia's Nasi Goreng with simple korean ingredients that can be find at home, lol.

Actually it makes sense. Milk is pretty much dissolved proteins and calcium. And it comes from a cow too so high chance that it tastes exactly the same
