I saw Zebra many many times whenever they toured. They were only a few friends I knew who followed their career after "Who's Behind the Door." These were people who I knew had really good taste in music. 3.V, their 3rd album is a masterpiece.

I'm excited to hear him talk of a new record. It's been 20 years since Zebra IV which was fantastic!

Excellent interview. Randy, Felix & Guy are 3 of the nicest people you could ever meet. Zebra is an amazing band. The albums are great. Seeing them live is an experience you have to do. You will not be disappointed.

My first Zebra was at Six Flags over Mid-America in 1983 - I was just 18 years old. I sat upfront and they blew me away. About 20-25 years ago Randy did a solo show at a local venue, and we hit it off and have been friends ever since. Seen the band and Randy so many times over the years - and will go again!!

Amazing Band, Amazing Musicians. Been a fan since the early 80's. Met them all several times over the decades. Three great human beings.

Growing up in Long Island, NY I can't even remember how many times I've seen Zebra play live. It's for sure over 100 times.

I grew up on Long Island myself Zebra and Twisted Sister were my favorite bands playing in the bars back in the late 70's

Excellent interview! Randy gave great, detailed explanations and answers to all of your questions. I’ve been a fan since l first heard songs from their debut album on New York FM rock radio. They’re a fun band to see live and they always bring the thunder and hard rock bluster. I also had the FIRST Zebra album ranking show on KZbin, that premiered earlier this year, in 2024. Thanks again, for a mint interview! Cheers from The Big Apple. ~ Davey Cretin, from Cretin Classics.

Their debut album was a masterpiece, being from New Orleans, they have a very soft spot in my heart. I used to watch them in clubs in New Orleans when they did Zeppelin covers.

Great interview. Somehow I missed out on Zebra until recently and love the band. Amazing to discover artists years later

The critics were not kind to that 1989 Jefferson Airplane album but I loved it. "Planes" and "Summer Of Love" were really cool songs.

What an engaging interview, wasn't expecting that, although to be fair I know very little about the band. Might go and check them out now!

I remember seeing Zebra many times back in the 80s..Such an amazing band...My old band Cosmo's Moon even opened for Randy Jackson a bunch of times when he was doing his solo acoustic shows in the early 2000's... One of the nicest, most humble guy I've ever met...
