I cant reset my troops limit. I have cheated 100000 tropps. Than i i take the troops away and my troopslimit is 1/100000 how i reset this

Just save, exit the game, launch the game again, load the safe and everything turns back to normal.

You can not make conclusion after just few games although game is still in terrible state regarding snowballing, politics and immersion. Modders are only saviours.
