I learned a lot from this video. You seemed very serious: is this your teacher mode? 😂 I think you made the best choice in the end. The joy brought to the world by Madonna of that era is undeniable.

Thank you. I need to lighten up - I think it’s the oppressive heat!!!

I love your film editing techniques! I need to be more creative in my editing. Your video reminded me that I needed to order Dylan's Shadows in the Night. Which I did before your video even came to an end! It will be here Tuesday. I love Rust Never Sleeps, both sides! That' Decade record is also a treasure and I am still enamored with it. We all know why Madonna got such a high ranking, and so you're not fooling anyone! Thanks for the kind mention and the clip. It's such a thrill to see me on other channels! Another great video, GG.

I was really worried that you’d take offense at the clip. It’s happened before and I’ve removed vids because of it. I’m only trying to be playful not hurtful, but… I’ve had Dylan’s Shadows for a long time. I love covers albums and I’ve seen Dylan many times in concert. You are right - I bowed to political pressure (I didn’t want to lose my job as a husband). I almost asked Frank to hold up a pan threateningly for my thumbnail! I’m sure that would’ve gone over well.

@@garagegeek4863 Ha! Use my clips to your heart's delight! The frying pan gag would have been funny in context!

Man I agree with you so entirely on that Neil Young album. I love the guy but sometimes I feel like «the experts» decide something is a masterpiece just to mess with me. I think the album is a bit of a meandering mess, but yeah, very much with you on that one. That Madonna album is probably my 3rd most listened to of hers, after Like a Virgin and my favorite, Ray of Light. Wish she’s continued being like she was on that album.

Ray of Light is my favorite too.

@@garagegeek4863 Good day, David. I finished the move and organization last week. It was exhausting. Settling in and hope to return to youtube soon. I've been reading now that I have time to do it.

That was a tough call. I am a N Young fan but as I initially listened to that live album it grated on my nerves. I’ve heard some of his later albums and it’s all guitar feedback. He’s an amazing and influential artist and I admire what he did with the Bridge School benefit concerts. Also, my one star album was really quirky and fun - it did not deserve a one-star status.
