I thinks they mean the look and not the actual flavor, like cake decorators won't always bake their own cake they might partner with a baker, it's the look I'm pretty sure and not the actual baking job

Your cakes don’t have a refined look for the price point. As someone who is naturally artistic, they are just sloppy. They are going to bite into it and be eating sprinkles they weren’t expecting which is off putting. No sir, keep practicing
